The process starts at the In jack, which analyses the incoming signal, and produces a gate to the out once the aforementioned signal exceeds a certain threshold—approximately 0.85V. This generated gate signal can then be affected in a variety of ways, including modulating the duration of the gate signal manually, or with CV along with the included attenuverter. Bring unique movement to your patches with the Ramp CV input, which allows you to change the duration of the outgoing gate signal's ramp. Create intricate timing with RST input, which allows you to manually stop the gate in its tracks for complex rhythmic patching. In addition to acting as a CV to gate converter, TIME can also behave has a manual gate and clock source using the Trig button and Loop switch. For even deeper levels of control, the Start and End outputs automatically generate a trigger signal at the beginning and end of the generated gate signal.
