Klavis ComPair

The Compair from Klavis is a two-channel comparator module in just 3HP, bringing logic processing to Eurorack systems far and wide for creating complex triggers, radical waveshapes, and more. For maximum flexibility, you can use either A or B inputs independently compared to manually set references, or compare two signals together as a window comparator. The high threshold is CV controllable, and either threshold can be set with the manual controls.

Compair features three outputs for high, low, and inside the window. With three switches, you can set each output to send normal or inverted logic, with the middle position of each letting you mute the output entirely. Three LEDs let you peek in on each of these outputs. Fitting in nearly any case, Klavis's Compair is a surprisingly rich utility, useful in numerous applications to evoke logical gates, complex control systems, timbral shaping, and more.
