The MR3eq 3-band equalizer from Harrison Audio brings their legacy of warm, punchy analog tone shaping to the 500-series ecosystem. Having made a name for themselves in the music and film production world with their professional mixing consoles, heard in many iconic albums of the 1970s and 1980s, Harrison Audio now delivers their wonderfully analog recording tools to a compact and portable form factor.
Based on the EQ found in the MR3 studio console, the MR3eq is an industry tested tool for all sorts of timbre sculpting tasks from adding gentle character to performing precise surgical filtering. Each band overlaps and interacts to create a colorful sonic character that carries the classic richness of analog audio. Low and high shelf bands feature 6dB/octave slope, and provide flexible filtering with an optional Bell response utilizing Harrison's proportional Q technology. Sculpt mid-frequency information with a continuously variable Q and additional high-pass filter with 3dB resonant peak.
Effective in a wide variety of applications from tracking to mixing, the MR3eq is ready to bring classic Harrison sound to your 500-series set-up.
