8TR from Half-Time Modular is a compact, 8-channel multitrack recorder, providing a streamlined solution for recording a multitrack Eurorack system for later post-processing. In an ultra-slim 4HP, 8TR gives you eight independent inputs which record to separate tracks. Recordings are stored as a .wav file on a 32GB microSD card, making it easy to record a late night session in the synth dungeon and quickly transfer files over to a DAW when it's time to edit your work.

The high-quality recording format at 48kHz/24-bit is suitable for capturing signals in detail, ensuring your patch performance can perfectly translate in post-processing. A 32GB microSD card is included to support up to seven hours of recording, making 8TR a perfect choice for extremely long sessions, installation work, and more. The included 9J expander module offers eight copies of the eight inputs as well as a trigger input that starts and stops recording. A 1U panel is also included for mounting the 8TR horizontally in your system.
