Doepfer’s A-149-2 is an essential expansion module for the A-149-1 Quantized/Stored Random Voltages. The A-149-2’s eight outputs tap into the eight digital outputs of the Quantized Random Voltages section to produce random +12V gate signals in sync with the A-149-1's clock input. Used in conjunction with envelopes, low pass gates, or any other triggerable module, the A-149-2 can turn the already-formidable A-149-1 into a modulation powerhouse.
