BT110 ByteBeat Synthesizer
DOD Circuits BT110
The BT110 from DOD Circuits is a standalone bytebeat synth that neatly tucks into your studio or satchel waiting to create 8-bit bliss at the stroke of a key and a few turns of the encoder. Create your own formula or use any of the 30 built-in expressions to create glitchy patterns and sputtering tones, then when you're satisfied, use the built-in sampler to manipulate your sound. Add patterns and sync with external devices using the sequencer and MIDI input. When using the internal sequencer, you have 16 steps to manipulate your bytebeat formula, and when using the MIDI in, you can control the formula with a little more finesse or just use the tempo data. For the programming expert, a PS/2 classic keyboard control is provided so your dusty beige Compaq keyboard can find use again. For both the experimentalist and 8-bit composer alike, the BT110 from DOD is a unique device that will be as fun to program as it is to play.
