Dannysound's Timbre brings the sound of Buchla wavefolders to your Eurorack system, offering the signature West Coast sound as heard in the legendary 259 and Music Easel. Contrasting with a filter, which removes harmonics from a signal, wavefolders will add harmonics to waveforms with naturally low harmonic content. Of course this is just a suggestion—try wavefolding anything!

For more flexibility, Timbre features two inputs, allowing you to process two signals at once for creating wild interactions with the fold circuit. Additionally, the Symmetry control allows for asymmetrical folding to occur by biasing the input signals towards the upper ceiling, while Blend allows you to mix between the input and output signals.
