Cloud Microphones' Cloudlifter X is a CineMag transformer microphone activator with two gain settings designed to maximize output while minimizing noise. Sometimes you need a clean boost with a subtle hint of character and the Cloudlifter X is the tool that fits that job. Using a custom designed CineMag transformer, the Cloudlifter gives back what you put in, with warmth and harmonic saturation being added the louder you drive it. The default gives you up to 12dB of gain while the Max setting yields up to 36dB of gain, perfect for soft instruments or ASMR tingles. No matter what mic you use or your source, the Cloudlifter X is a great way to add extra dynamics and a little saturation to any signal.
