Bubblesound SpringVerb

The SpringVerb from Bubblesound Instruments combines an analog spring reverb driver with state variable filter to deliver a reverb unit capable of impressively deep sound design potential. Signals are first sent into the SeM20-style filter, giving you a range of options for timbral shaping with low, high, and band-pass filter modes. The filter is very resonant, producing a sine wave at the output when cranked into self-oscillation. Even without an input signal, this can turn the SpringVerb into an experimental, reverberant feedback VCO. Speaking of feedback, the feedback control and CV input let you control how much of the reverb output signal is fed back into the spring to dial in reverb timbres or send the module into droning feedback tones.

A dry/wet mix control and CV input is available to mix the reverb output with either the pre or post filter output, definable by the input switch. In addition to the mix output, SpingVerb also offers separate filter and reverb-only outs so you can use the module's component parts in separate signal chains. SpringVerb ships with a medium decay, 3-spring tank, but is also compatible with many other spring tanks available on the market.
