Optx V2 from Boredbrain Music is a premium ADAT optical converter for Eurorack modular systems, offering 8 inputs and 8 outputs via ADAT to make connecting your rack to your audio interface easier than ever. Many modern audio interfaces feature ADAT expansion ports to extend the channel count in your studio, though these ports are often left underutilized. With two simple connections via TOSLINK cables, Optx V2 gives you a cornucopia of creative connectivity: easily record your next patch into post-production ready stems, or bounce multiple channels of audio into the rack for further processing. Using popular software like VCV Rack, Ableton CV tools, and others, you even send CV signals directly to and from your computer!
