The FX-One from Benidub brings the brand's dub expertise to new heights, offering a powerful all-in-one effects box and multi-voice dub siren synthesizer for DJs, soundsystems, and live electronics performers. In a compact desktop unit, FX-One integrates a vast range of classic and creative dub tools that make it easier than ever before to bring ear-catching sirens, rich echo feedback, spring reverb, and dynamic microphone signals to your live set-up.

Onboard are four powerful dub sound FX generators that offer unique sounds to drop into any mix. Included among these are Benidub's classic Dub Siren, an FM Square synth for arcade and sci-fi sounds, the Lickshot for quick bursts of modulated tones, and a pure sine wave Sonar generator for injecting alarm-like beeps into the sound system. Each generator features performance triggers for playing each sound live, with the Dub Siren generator enabling both momentary and latching operation for sustained sounds without holding the trigger. The first three generators give you immediate, hands-on controls for gain level, frequency, modulation rate, and modulation sweep envelope, perfect for live control over each generator for more complex gestures. The Sonar generator keeps things comparatively simple, with a tune control and gain trim pot. In this section, you also get a dedicated master level control for the entire suite of generators.

On the right side of the FX-One is where you'll find live input and echo controls. This purpose-built dub echo engine integrates all the sources onboard, letting you create captivating repeated gestures from the generator voices, a live microphone input, or an external input. Under the hood, the echo features internal limiting for controlled feedback, integrated filtering, and a characterful tape-delay time response for classic, pitch-bending sweeps. Using the lateral paddle switch, you can create dynamic loops by holding the delay content in place or instantly mute the echo effect and feedback path for real-time gestural control. The included XLR mic input channel is perfect for commanding the dancefloor with your favorite dynamic mic, and features an anti-pop high pass filter as well as integrated compression for high-quality sound when using a mic up close in a live environment. Also available is a dedicated auxiliary input that can be set to line or spring tank mode, allowing you to integrate external instruments or attach a spring reverb tank, for which all of Benidub's own models provide a compatible option.
