Behringer 1033
Providing a double dose of envelopes, the 1033 from Behringer is a two-channel envelope generator, inspired by the ARP 2500 modular synthesizer. It features two identical channels, L and R, with mirrored controls. In addition to the standard ADSR controls, it features a gate delay, which delays the start of the envelope by a time specified by this control.
The ADSR controls are wide ranging, and are capable of everything from super-snappy percussive envelopes to long drawn out evolving envelopes. The gate input initializes both envelopes, while the trigger input provides a secondary function. If the switches are in the multiple mode and the gate input is high, successive triggers fed into the trig input will restart the envelope. Manual gate buttons allow you to fire off either envelope separately. Each channel has two outputs, a positive and negative, which can be used to control multiple destinations at once with mirrored envelopes. This DADSR envelope generator provides classic functionality from a much loved but rare synthesizer and brings it to the Eurorack realm.
