The ADDAC511 Voltage-Controlled Stochastic Voltage Generator is a four-channel powerhouse of random control, providing a comprehensive platform for crafting complex musical systems. Each channel can create random voltages or envelopes, as well as quantize internal or external signals. Using the streamlined display screen and physical controls, you can easily adjust each channel's voltage range, probability settings, quantization, smoothing, and much more, giving you finite control over each generative channel. Eight assignable CV inputs can be routed to an immense range of functions, opening up even more complex results with self-patching techniques. Additional logic outputs create gates by comparing two variables, with a wide range of variables that allow you to create patch-relevant control signals.

Still not enough random control for you? The ADDAC511 takes all of this functionality and offers it in gratuitous multiplicity via a performance-oriented preset system. Within each of sixteen total presets, each of the four channels offers three immediately accessible states. Three buttons at the bottom of the panel provide immediate state switching at your fingertips, enabling you to quickly change the behavior of a patch during performance. In any musical context, ADDAC511 makes it easy to add complex generative control to a patch, livening up strictly-composed sequences and empowering the discovery of unique musical possibilities. For Eurorack systems where complex controls are key, the ADDAC511 provides a compact and performance-focused central command station, seamlessly weaving together disparate networks of generative controls to push systems into new sonic territories.
