The ADDAC System ADDAC125 is a servo powered expander for the Plectrums module—ADDAC124—that adds a motorized string mute. Inspired by the same type of accessory found on Fender Jaguars and Bass VI's, this will gently mute the string to create a new type of sonic footprint. Ideally this would be mounted close to the headstock or bridge, but experimentation with its position can create new and interesting sonic results. To engage the mute, you must have an ADDAC124 Plectrums module and attach the ADDAC125 Strings Mute to one of the servo motors, either replacing it or being engaged simultaneously. Perfect for extended expressivity, the ADDAC125 Strings Mute module will open up new worlds of sonic texture by dampening your sound.
