The ADDAC605 VC Spectral Tilt is a simple but effective EQ module that cuts and boosts frequencies at the same time. Quad LTD originally implemented this idea on their Model 34 preamplifier. This implementation of EQ simultaneously boosts treble while cutting bass frequencies, or vice versa. There's a subtle shift, with no sudden shifts or coloration to the sound. ADDAC implemented a stereo configuration with two EQing options. Left=Right matches both channel directions; both will tilt to the lower or higher end. Left ≠ Right inverts the right channel so that it will mirror the control of the left side. Control the spectral tilt with the CV input with an attenuverter to dial in the EQ movement direction. This unique EQ is a great way to control your mono or stereo signals' frequency content without coloring your sound.
