Valco's KGB Distortion is perfect for Keyboards, Guitar, and Bass, designed to work with a wide range of frequencies, it can be the gritty heart of any setup. Using the impedance selector, you can generate different tonal characteristics instantly with just a small switch. Not satisfied with a single diode voicing, you get to select between op-amp, silicon, LED, and germanium for the perfect amount of grit. Further adjust your tonality with a 1-pole low pass filter that can tame the highs, adding a special flavor to your sound. Distortion, Output, and Dry/Wet mix controls are also available. The KGB also includes a permanent Dry output that sends a clean version of your pre-impedance signal to whatever destination you'd like. Valco's KGB might not be the first distortion you own, but it could very well be your last.
