Twisted Electrons Octopus

The Twisted Electrons Octopus is a unique switching and sequencing Eurorack module. It is comprised of eight inputs that can be advanced by scanning or clocking with an external signal. When nothing is patched into an input, the module emits a voltage determined by the orientation of the channel’s knob. Conversely, the knob behaves like a volume control when something is patched into the input. 

The Octopus can be used with audio or CV, meaning one can alter audio or modulation sources to their heart’s content. Its most striking feature is its 8x8 LED screen, which visually conveys all pertinent step information to facilitate greater control during live performance.
