Twisted Electrons Acid8 MKII
The Twisted Electrons Acid8 MKII is a compact analog digital hybrid synthesizer that affords the ability to quickly program and chain patterns, making song creation both fun and remarkably expedient. Users can select from sixteen separate waveforms, four of which can be edited via the included software. Other features include an analog filter that is capable of self-oscillation at higher settings, bit crushing and sample rate reduction, envelope pitch modulation, pulse width modulation, and an internal arpeggiator. Acid8 is also equipped with MIDI and Sync IN/OUT, meaning it can be interfaced with a wide variety of external gear.
