Touell Skouarn presents the Heklev BBad, an analog BBD-based device that provides analog reverb, distortion, and flange effects. It makes use of a low-stage-count delay chop to explore the tonal-shaping aspects of BBD, as opposed to its more traditional implementation as a delay circuit. The unit also features a dedicated output VCA and is particularly oriented towards shortened effect times.
