Steady State Fate Muton

The Muton from Steady State Fate is an elegant and eminently performance-friendly module capable of fulfilling many roles within a Eurorack setup. Simply put, it's an eight-channel VCA/unity mixer with no-pop mute buttons where every channel output is normalled to the one below it. Any combination of adjacent channels may be combined by leaving the upper channel unpatched; likewise, an unpatched CV input on any channel allows audio or control voltage to pass to the output at unity gain.

SSF's signature craftsmanship is in full effect here, with transistor-based circuitry able to provide pleasant overdrive at higher levels while also accurately summing inputs without the introduction of excess noise. In any system, the Muton is sure to become an indispensable routing and mixing tool!
