Lancer's Lash is a flexible snare synthesizer from Shakmat Modular featuring a variety of different percussion models and tone sculpting parameters. With its vast range of sounds to explore, Lancer's Lash helps you create everything from familiar snare sounds with unique flair, to something completely unrecognizable and otherworldly. There are seven models in total, each providing their own inspiring method of synthesis for creating a wide variety of different timbres. These models range from subtractive analog-style synthesis, to Modal for complex harmonic structures, to grains for granular synthesis, creating wild, glitchy percussive sounds. Each of these models have their own discrete parameters and effects that can be affected manually, or with the corresponding CV input. These effects add everything from to multiband distortion and clipping to your sounds for harmonic excitement, to additional filtering to bring out unique characters in your percussion.

Add intrigue to your sounds with the flexible internal randomizer, which can be assigned to any parameter with individual depth control for making each sound unique from the last. The Velocity parameter affects the volume and other parameters throughout the Lancer's Lash, giving you a one-knob solution to controlling dynamic movement in any sequence or phrase. Save and recall your creations with the 256 preset slots, which can be swapped through with the corresponding CV input.
