Rob Papen RAW-Kick

Developed in collaboration with DJ Free-K and DJ Promo, Rob Papen’s RAW-Kick is a producer’s dream. Inspired by the world renowned RAW synthesizer, RAW-Kick infuses an old classic with distinctly modern features.

First off, RAW-Kick provides three separate layers for designing and sculpting a kick drum sound. Each layer has two exclusive modes: kick synthesizer (Kick Model) or sample-based layer (Sample). Kick Model facilitates a plethora of new and exciting features. For example, RAW amount gives users precise control over the signal’s harmonic content for inherently deep sound design potential.

Conversely, Sample features a multimode analog modeled filter, dual EQ sections, and a host of FX algorithms. Finally, RAW-Kick’s Master section houses a double EQ section and Mono/Stereo FX, everything required for laying the finishing touches on a professional-sounding kick drum.
