Mapler from Razmasynth is a powerful video mapping workstation in Eurorack format, providing a four-step workflow and hands-on, performance controls for video artists. Mapler takes in video sources from its USB input, readily interfacing with USB capture devices, cameras, and other devices. Design your content in the first step, Atelier, where you can define the source area of a shape, move and scale images to fit your projection surface, edit source geometry, and create visual compositions from the incoming video. In the Output stage, you can reposition your shapes and align elements, while the Master stage allows for global warping of the whole composition.

Where things get incredibly fun is in Mapler's Play Mode, which provides a fully playable visual instrument interface for your composition. Rather than controlling the editing cursor, the onboard joystick or connected USB mouse will allow you to perform manipulations on your final composition, including rotation, tilt, and scaling, with adjustable inertia and hold settings. Included in this bundle is a Capture expander, AV-to-USB converter, and all required cables, allowing you to get started right away with Mapler's powerful potential.
