Rainger FX brings us another compact and unique take on a classic effect with their Flanger X pedal that delivers great tone, superb flange-itude, and a whole lot of fun. Like many of their pedals, the Flanger X features an Igor expression input for their soft, circular, and included expression pad which can control different parameters. In addition to the flanger effect, a unique analog Rocket effect adds a simulated rocket launch which amounts to a gorgeously deep noise with pops and bubbling textures, which can be controlled by the Igor. With the controls, you can dial in lush chorus sounds along with characteristic flanger effects, and the modulation rate can also be dynamically controlled with the Igor pressure pad. With a wide range of modulation rates, interactive expression, and the immensity of a rocket, Rainger FX's Flanger X is a fantastic flanger with loads of versatility.
