Pope Audio's BAX2020R is a stereo rackmount Baxandall EQ with an Avedis 1122 op-amp in the fully balanced inputs and outputs. A Baxandall EQ is a shelving EQ that features a natural sounding slope that can add a little sparkle to the high end while boosting the low end, all with minimal phase distortion. A switch for 20k/40k changes the Hi frequency to add extra air to a mix. There's no need to overcomplicate a mix or a master and sometimes the smallest changes can result in the most musical and beautiful end result.
