The Confundo Funkitus from Noise Engineering takes two sets of trigger inputs and produces one set of trigger outputs. It allows the user to crossfade between both sets of input triggers, creating a live performance tool that unlocks new depths in the rhythmic complexity of your sequences. The crossfader works off a probability table where the module's output triggers are determined based on the position of the crossfader. This means that the more the crossfader is pushed in either direction, the more likely inputs that are plugged into the left or right channel are to be produced by the module. The module's crossfader is governed by three separate probability curves that influence the amount of mixing between each trigger present at the inputs. This can be particularly useful for creating fills and rhythmic variation, making the module particularly great for live performance.
