Designed to supercharge the Discrete Map module from New Systems Instruments, the A / B / C Expander adds grouped gate outputs, CV-controlled threshold modulation, and a sequential switch inspired by the Buchla MARF. Steps can be assigned to A, B, or C for independent rhythmic control, while CV modulation injects dynamic complexity into sequences. The sequential switch bidirectionally reroutes signals on the fly, making it a powerful tool for evolving percussive patterns, phase modulation, and temporal mixing. Chainable for even deeper control, it transforms Discrete Map into a fully performative sequencing powerhouse.
