The Mode Machines Cerebel converts data received via USB into MIDI data. It is compatible with any class compliant USB/MIDI gear. Simply connect the USB out to the Cerebel’s corresponding input, then route the Cerebel’s MIDI out to the MIDI input of any compatible device. Even better, since the Cerebel is arduino-based, it is fundamentally hackable.
