The DU-KRPLS from Meng Qi is a Karplus-Strong synthesis module with an intentionally circuit bent design. Released in collaboration with Detroit Underground, the DU-KRPLS generates glitchy, whacked out string and percussion sounds which respond dynamically to voltage control but maintain an unpredictable character.
