The Mackie 1642VLZ4 is a flexible and great-sounding 16-channel analog mixer. It features 10 ONYX mic preamps with balanced XLR and 1/4" inputs along with three stereo/dual mono channels. Each channel features a three-band parametric EQ, four aux sends, and routing options for Main Mix or any of four auxiliary mix buses. All these features make it an excellent no-frills option for mixing a live band or personal synth rig, recording on the fly, quadraphonic applications, and more.
