Keeley Super AT Mod
Inspired by Keeley's classic BD-2 Blues Driver Phat Mod, the Super AT Mod was designed with Andy Timmons for an enhanced take on the amp-in-a-box pedal. Though the pedal began with the Super Phat Mod platform, it quickly took on a life of its own to address Andy's needs in singing, lightly-driven tones. One key change is the use of asymmetrical clipping—a combination of regular diodes and LEDs creates waveforms not unlike a pushed tube amplifier, which sounds more natural and interesting to our ears. Additionally, the new Tone switch offers two different circuits to choose from: the original low/mid-boosted Phat Mod, and the AT Mod with reducedlows and mids. The modes are designed for single-coil and humbucker pickups, respectively, but of course it's up to you and your ears to decide what's best for you! Give your tone a lift with the Keeley Super AT Mod.
