Kaona Zazou

Kaona's Zazou is an algorithmic melodic pattern generator that is designed to work with CV or MIDI and integrates perfectly with other Kaona modules like Skippy and the Skippy Live Expander. Using the four channels, you can choose which key and scale you want to use as well as which type of pattern the channel will use to play the notes. Choose from algorithmic randomness, a walking bass line generator, a Schoenburg-style serialism algorithm, Fibonacci-based note progression, Mandelbrot fractal algorithm, and more. Each of the four tracks can function together or independently allowing for complex and interesting melodic structures. Using the three encoders, you can manipulate the parameters for each track in real time making the Zazou an incredible live performance instrument.
