Using two pieces of vintage, New Old Stock components, Industrialectric's Thermionic Actuator is a beast of an overdrive/distortion/hellhound summoning effect pedal. With two rare germanium transistors and two vintage vacuum tubes—the same found in IBM computers of the 50s—you get a saturation and sound that is second-to-none. These puppies are hot, literally and figuratively, and so there is a built-in fan with a viewing grill so you can see the old school magic in real time. Controls are simple with a Gain, Output, and High Pass filter for fine tuning, but you're mostly getting the pure sound of classic components. A F*** It switch bypassed the Input Gain and sends the full input signal straight to the tubes and transistors.
