Hosa's DIB-445 SideKick is a low-cost but high-value active direct box, perfect for transmitting signals with ease and clarity across stages and studios. Unbalanced, high-impedance signals from guitars, basses, and other instruments are converted to a low-impedance, balanced signal to be piped into mixing board and recording equipment. This helps to eliminate any noise that could be introduced over a long cable run, and the DIB-445's internal circuitry ensures that signals are accurately translated and reproduced on the other end without any distortion or disruptions in frequency response. If needed, you can engage up to -30dB of pad and make use of the 1/4" Thru output for on-stage routing.
