Dream Sequence, from Hologram Electronics, wears many hats. It can be used as a pitch shifter, envelope shaper, sampler, and more. Combined, these features make the pedal ideal for the creation of arpeggios, sub-octave distortion, abyssal chords, and nearly any other sonic application users could possibly dream of.

The device is oriented around a rhythmic sequencer that shifts the pitch of an instrument upwards or downwards for an array of arpeggiator and tremolo configrations that produce distinctly different effects at various tempos: moderate tempos yield singular arp and tremolo patterns, slow tempos are perfect for evolving atmospherics, and fast tempos produce chaotic modulation effects.

Beyond its extensive sonic capabilities, Dream Sequence enables users to store, modify, and recall presets—right down to knob configurations, knob movements, and tempo.
