Eowave Weather Drones

Weather Drones from Eowave is an all-in-one Eurorack modular synth voice perfect for thick, speaker rattling drones. The module features a triangle-wave VCO with both 1V/oct and linear FM inputs. Add more harmonic interest to the triangle wave with the integrated wavefolder. The included spread control spreads out up to eight versions of the VCO for lush and thick tones. Control the dynamics of the VCO with the built-in VCA and attack-hold-decay envelope generator. This signal then passes to the low pass filter. This filter features a large, playable knob for the cutoff frequency, as well as a feedback or resonance control. An additional input allows you to patch external sound sources into the filter.

In addition to the envelope, modulation comes in the form of an LFO and random voltage source with a slew limiter, clocked by the square wave output of the LFO. While the Weather Drones functions excellently as a standalone voice, adding external modulation allows you to integrate it with the rest of your Eurorack setup.
