A successor to Empress Effects' Compressor pedal, Compressor MkII is a high-quality compressor that rivals top-notch studio equipment in a guitar pedal-style enclosure. Precisely see how the compressor is performing with the LED indication of input and gain reduction.

The all-analog signal path is incredibly transparent and doesn't change your input signal's tone, just the dynamics. The combination of input and output level controls with the three selectable ratios accurately sets the compression level. Attack and release knobs shape the compression's reaction to the input signal. Sidechain the compressor with external signals using the 3.5mm TRS send/return with optional high pass filter.

Additionally, sculpt the compressor's sound using the tone knob to control the tilt-style filter. Dial in the perfect mix of dry and compressed signals using the mix knob. Although presented as a guitar pedal, this compressor goes beyond simple dynamic control and captures the spirit of high-end studio equipment.
