EarthQuaker Devices Sea Machine V2

The EarthQuaker Devices Sea Machine is a chorus pedal that affords optimal control over all six parameters. Internally, the Sea Machine is a mesh of digital and analog circuitry that produces an abbreviated delay line that can be manipulated via the pedal’s Animation, Dimension, and Depth controls. Animation controls the delay time, Dimension alters the spatial conversion, and Depth balances the wet and dry signals, allowing users to fine-tune their mix to taste. Conversely, the pedal’s LFO section features three controls: Rate, Intensity, and Shape. Rate increases or decreases the speed of the oscillator, intensity affects the interplay between the modulator and the delayed signal, and Shape transforms the wave from a triangle to a square. Sonically, the pedal promotes the creation of unassuming warbles, classic Leslie sounds, queasy pitch bends, sputtering arps, and characteristically unusual sounds unlike anything ever heard.
