The DT-DX Dexed FM Synthesizer from Dtronics stacks a staggering amount of digital synth power in a compact package, delivering an octet of DX7 style digital glass that fits in any set-up. Created in collaboration with Probonopd of the MiniDexed project, the DT-DX offers an uncompromising model of the DX7 engine that faithfully captures the magic of the original instrument. Up to eight Dexed engines can be used simultaneously with their outputs mixed together, with support for multitimbral voices using program change and bank change MIDI messages.

Control of the synthesizer is handled via a simple and intuitive push encoder with a classic digital read-out, giving you plenty of flexibility to follow your creativity towards deep sound design. Each Dexed instance may be stereo shifted and detuned to create stereo width and shimmering dissonance, with compression and reverb effects onboard to sculpt and expand your sounds further. Load voices from .syx files using the built in SD card slot nestled into the DT-DX's robust metal housing. USB ports for both PC connection and power, as well as for an external keyboard are set beside the DIN-MIDI input and outputs, giving you plenty of ways to connect and control the synth.
