Doepfer’s A-185-1 Bus Access Module is a compact and efficient module that provides one of Eurorack’s most overlooked features, an internal gate and CV bus. The module is perfect when two or more VCOs are governed by a single CV source, which is applied to its CV input then routed to each oscillator via the CV out.

Additionally, the module contains a gate in that can be used in much the same way, with the output capable of being sent to two envelope generators. The module’s CV ins will control all VCOs connected to the same bus board.
