Daking Comp II

Manage your dynamics with intuitive controls and immediate results with the handmade Daking Comp II Dual Channel VCA Compressor. Redefining what a VCA compressor can be with its feedback gain reduction and a peak detector housed in Class A circuitry, the Comp II is also extremely easy to use thanks to its streamlined control surface. While two knobs per channel may seem limited, these controls are optimized for quickly dialing in compression during a mixing or mastering session by isolating two essential parameters of the compression effect: amount and output level. Four buttons per channel, dedicated to specific compression effects such as speed and ratio, further contribute to the Comp II's streamlined workflow. Whether you're new to hardware compressors or an engineer with years of experience in the world of outboard gear, the Comp II is an extremely efficient and powerful tool for managing dynamics in your projects.
