Like the larger rack format Curve Bender, the TG12345 MkIV features presence and bass bands, letting you apply boosts or cuts to the high and low frequencies with highly musical response. The Presence control features an adjustable frequency, while the Bass control provides a selectable 150Hz or 90Hz via the Push button. Aside from the highest presence frequency setting which applies a high shelf, the presence controls are all bell-type, applying a sweetened boost or cut to important spectral areas, while the bass provides a low shelf that keeps rumble and thump under control.
