The ER Patch is an expander for use with the ER Processor and adds a 16 in/16 out patchbay that can be routed in any way you'd like. Simply plug into the Inputs and Outputs for the module and use the companion software or ER-Processor to select a source for the Outputs. Super handy if you have one or two sequencers and several voices, but want to A/B/C them to find the right timbre for a piece—or use all your voices with the same sequencer for thick stacks. Works with audio or CV signals equally well, so you could also use this as a way to have dedicated effects chains patched ready to be routed to. Using the Snapshots feature, you could dynamically move through routings, as well, maybe with a random trigger generator selecting one or several signal paths to create complex sounds that would be impossible otherwise.
