Catalinbread Topanga

Catalinbread's Topanga captures the classic spring reverb sound of surf music in stompbox format, directly modeled after the Fender 6G15 outboard spring reverb. Spaghetti Western and Surf rock guitar tone is based heavily on having an outboard spring tank in line before the amp for post-reverb drive and distortion. The Topanga models the nonlinearities of the 6G15's tube amplification, tone controls, and "dwell" control to recreate the jangly, crunchy wash of 1960s guitar tone.
