Based on the classic Fender tweed 5E3 Deluxe's preamp section, the Formula No. 55 is Catalinbread's offering to tweed amp lovers everywhere. With the same punch and tone as its predecessor, the Formula No. 55 offers "lo" and "hi" gain ranges while maintaining the low output impedance required to get the right amount of drive in the amp it is heading to.
