EG1 from Catalinbread is a lo-fi delay that puts the sound of broadcast degradation directly into its feedback loop for a truly unique sound. While you get the standard selection of delay controls including dry/wet, feedback amount, and delay time; EG1 includes three selectable modes to tune the transmission of your tone as it passes into the feedback loop. Vintage Radio combines the feeling of distant radio transmission artifacts with high pass filtering to shape the signal character. Cassette adds distorted wow-and-flutter style warbles with adjustable rate and depth. However, if you want to add digital error and downsampling, put EG1 into Digital Television mode. Manually dial in the delay time or put EG1 into tap tempo mode to rhythmically tap in the rate of delay. Adjust your antennas, check your tape heads, and make sure your satellite dish works, EG1 from Catalinbread is broadcasting into your pedalboard.
