The Gimme Kick Drum by Blue Lantern is a stripped-down analog drum voice that favors punchy, reliable bass drum sounds over complicated menus. Using a 1V/oct triangle core VCO paired with an OTA-based VCA. With toggle switches to adjust decay lengths on the fly and a 'Timbre' control that takes you from sine to overdriven square, it's the analog answer to a no-fuss, highly tweakable kick. Influenced by the Korg ER-1 but with a distinctive analog voice, it's optimized to produce percussive thumps with precision and ease.
