Wondertow from Bleak District Electric is a unique multi-effects pedal that combines reverb, overdrive, and tremolo—in that order—to generate fuzzy, washy, undulatory sounds that are found nowhere else. The star of the show is the Belton Brick style reverb that attempts to imitate a spring reverb, which it does poorly with a satisfying lo-fi charcter. What it does exceptionally well is sound like nothing else, giving you a truly unique spatial experience. The overdrive gives you a solid amount of volume and headroom, coming after the reverb to give the wash a gentle sprinkle of dirt. The multiwave tremolo can go up into pseudo ring mod rates for extreme modulation or keep it mellow for a gentle bit of movement.
