The Black Lion Audio Seventeen is a FET compressor/limiter inspired by vintage FET compressors/limiters, but updated for the 21st century. Designed in collaboration with Tobias Lindell, Black Lion Audio redefines the classic architecture of FET compressors/limiters with a host of new features. The custom made output transformer has a huge bottom end that balances out the top end frequency content. The power coupling provides an incredibly low noise floor, only amplifying what you want to hear the most. Blend the dry incoming signal with the compressed signal with the dry/wet control for parallel compression, and adjust the frequency content with frequency adjustable sidechain and both high and low pass filters on selection buttons. Seventeen bridges the gap between vintage and modern FET compressors and brings great sound to your fingertips.
