The Behringer Xenyx X1622USB is a 12-channel mixer consisting of four stereo channels and four mic/line channels. The latter feature Behringer’s proprietary Xenyx preamps and one-knob compressors, while every channel includes an FX send, aux send, and 3-band EQ with semi-parametric mid-band. Its FX send is routed to the effects section, which contains 16 presets. Each track can be soloed, muted, panned, and routed to the main and/or sub mix. Additionally, the mixer doubles as a USB audio interface, making it an ideal means of recording just about any line level signal into a computer.
